Breng de smaak van Polen naar Delft!

​Mijn naam is Witold Urbanski en ik wil graag iets bijzonders toevoegen aan onze mooie stad Delft: een authentieke Poolse speciaalzaak.

​Het Plan

Veel mensen in Delft kennen de Poolse keuken nog niet goed, of moeten ver reizen voor echte Poolse producten. Ik wil een winkel openen waar iedereen terecht kan voor vers Pools brood, ambachtelijke vleeswaren, de beroemde 'pierogi' (gevulde deegwaren) en heerlijk Pools gebak.

​Waarom deze crowdfunding?

Een eigen zaak starten in Delft brengt flinke opstartkosten met zich mee. Met jullie hulp kan ik investeren in:

​Koelinstallaties voor verse kwaliteitsproducten.

​Winkelinrichting om een fijne plek te creëren voor de buurt.

​De eerste voorraad van de beste ambachtelijke leveranciers.

​Delft is een stad die van diversiteit en lekker eten houdt. Ik hoop met deze winkel een brug te slaan tussen culturen en iedereen te laten genieten van de Poolse gastvrijheid.
