My name is Lise Hondeveld and I am 23 years old. I study HBO Mechatronics and am currently doing the minor Development Cooperation & Globalisation. From 12 October, I will be doing a three-month internship with Womenstrust in Ghana, an organisation dedicated to providing educational opportunities for girls who lack the financial means to attend school. During my internship, I will be teaching programming lessons to girls aged 11 to 15, focusing on Arduino-based projects to introduce them to basic electronics and coding skills.
These girls are eager to learn and explore the world of technology, but they lack the necessary tools like laptops and other technical equipment to fully participate in these lessons. To help bridge this gap, I have launched a fundraising campaign to raise money for purchasing laptops, Arduino kits, and other essential materials.
That’s why I’ve started this fundraising campaign – to raise money to buy laptops, Arduino kits, and other equipment they need to get the most out of these classes.
By donating, you can help provide these bright young girls with the resources they need to learn, explore, and gain valuable skills in a rapidly advancing world. Your contribution will have a direct impact on their education, giving them opportunities they would not otherwise have access to.
With your help, we can empower these girls to succeed and explore their potential in the field of technology. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to providing them with the tools they need to learn and grow.
Please consider making a donation today and supporting this important cause. Together, we can make a real difference in their lives and their futures.
Thank you for your generosity!
