Hello dear family and friends,

We hope you can support us in paying for an experimental treatment that will hopefully save Ivor's life. We are going to Germany very soon for a new operation in which they will try to remove the brain tumor that has unfortunately come back again. This operation will be combined with the administration of an oncolytic virus, and will be followed up by immunotherapy, including personalized vaccinations.

This is a promising treatment that we can only get outside of the Netherlands. This does imply that we have to pay for all this treatment ourselves. We hope that you can support us in paying for this treatment, so that we can focus on supporting Ivor. Don't feel obligated, only if you feel comfortable doing so. We have always felt huge support from everybody all over the past few years and appreciate what everyone has done for us. Thanks for that.

Dag lieve familie en vrienden,

langs deze weg kunnen jullie ons steunen bij het bekostigen van de medische behandeling van Ivor. We gaan op korte termijn naar Duitsland voor een nieuwe operatie waarbij ze gaan proberen de hersentumor die is teruggekomen, te verwijderen. Deze operatie zal gecombineerd worden met het toedienen van een oncolytisch virus, en zal worden opgevolgd door een immuuntherapie, inclusief vaccinaties. Een veelbelovende behandeling die we alleen in het buitenland kunnen krijgen voor Ivor. 

We hopen dat jullie ons kunnen helpen om deze behandeling te bekostigen, zodat wij ons vooral kunnen richten op Ivor zelf de komende tijd. Voel je vooral niet verplicht, geef alleen als je jezelf hier comfortabel bij voelt.
