URGENT REQUEST: QUEER VENEZUELAN REFUGEE DRAG QUEEN FOUND DEAD IN THE NETHERLANDS

William Caseres, also known as Alyssa in the drag community, was found dead in his home this weekend. William was originally from Venezuela and had just received his approved refugee status in The Netherlands. However, because he didn't have legal family in The Netherlands, the police will not disclose more information. We are raising funds to urgently bring William's legal sister from Colombia to identify William's body and continue the legal process of finding justice after his death. All funds raised will go to covering travel costs for William's sister and any incurred legal fees.

William/Alyssa was a beloved sibling in our drag, queer, migrant, latinx, refugee community. We are mourning his loss but also fighting together to bring justice to his death.

PETICIÓN URGENTE: DRAG QUEEN VENEZOLANA REFUGIADO  EN HOLANDA FUE HALLADO SU CUERPO SIN VIDA 

William Caseres, también conocido como Alyssa en la comunidad drag, fue encontrado en su casa este fin de semana. William era originario de Venezuela y acababa de recibir el estatuto de refugiado aprobado en Holanda. Sin embargo, como no tiene familia legal en los Países Bajos, la policía no revelará más información. Estamos recaudando fondos para traer urgentemente a la hermana legal de William desde Colombia para identificar el cuerpo  y continuar el proceso legal para encontrar justicia tras su muerte. Todos los fondos recaudados se utilizarán para cubrir los gastos de viaje de la hermana de William y los gastos legales en los que pueda incurrir.

William/Alyssa era un hermano muy querido en nuestra comunidad drag, queer, migrante, latine, refugiada. Estamos de luto por su pérdida, pero también luchando juntos para aclarecer su lamentable muerte
