Help Bello weer pijnvrij lopen

Mijn lieve chihuahua Bello heeft patella graad 3 en heeft daardoor veel pijn. Hierdoor kan hij minder wandelen en veel minder spelen dan dat hij normaal doet en wilt.
De dierenarts heeft geadviseerd om Bello te laten opereren. Met deze operatie kunnen zijn knieën weer op de juiste plek worden gezet en wordt verdere schade voorkomen. Zonder deze ingreep zal Bello steeds meer pijn krijgen en is de kans groot dat hij later door artrose zo veel last krijgt dat hij ingeslapen moet worden. (de dierenarts gaf aan dat hij een operatie kan krijgen of ik moet er rekening mee houden met een jaar of twee afscheid te gaan nemen omdat het dan al zo erg is.)
De kosten van de operatie en de nazorg zijn helaas hoog, en daarom start ik deze actie. Zodat we Bello de behandeling kunnen geven die hij zo hard nodig heeft, zodat hij weer pijnvrij kan bewegen. Dit is namelijk gewoon echt heel erg zielig voor Bello.

Help Bello walk pain-free again
My dear Chihuahua, Bello, has grade 3 patella luxation and is in a lot of pain as a result. This means he can’t go for walks as much or play nearly as much as he normally does and would like to.
The vet has advised that Bello should have an operation. This operation will put his knees back in the correct position and prevent further damage. Without this procedure, Bello’s pain will get worse and worse, and there’s a high chance that, later on, his osteoarthritis will cause him so much distress that he’ll have to be put to sleep. (The vet said that either he can have the operation, or I must be prepared to say goodbye to him in a year or two because his condition will have become so severe by then.)
Unfortunately, the costs of the operation and aftercare are high, which is why I’m launching this fundraising campaign. So that we can give Bello the treatment he so desperately needs, enabling him to move around pain-free again. This situation is simply very sad for Bello.
