Dear friends,

On Friday night the 8th September 2023 Morocco was struck by a strong earthquake. This has created an enormous disaster in the region of Marrakech, which is the epicenter of the earthquake.

My friend Zahra lives and works in the city of Marrakech, but her family lives in the mountains of the region of Marrakech. Their small village is callled Iqlim al Hour and has been badly struck by the earthquake. 

Zahra has lost distant family members and the house of her parents is almost completely destroyed. She is now with her family to help them, but the losses are too great and she is not able to help them completely with her income.

That is why I would like to ask for your financial support to give Zahra and her family hope of rebuilding their family home and their life. Every donation is going straight to Zahra so that she can support her family even more.
