Hoi lieve vrienden,

Als je deze tekst ziet is het waarschijnlijk omdat ik de link naar deze site naar je heb gestuurd, en het maakt me al dankbaar dat je de moeite hebt genomen om erop te klikken.

Waarom heb ik deze doneeractie gemaakt?

10 januari ben ik naar Zuid-Portugal (vlakbij Rogil) gegaan om vrijwilligerswerk te doen bij een heel mooi project: Vale da Alegria. https://valedaalegria.com/nl/

Het idee was om tot maart te blijven en daarna mijn baan op de camping in Nederland te hervatten, dat gaat helaas niet meer door. Dat zette me aan het denken.

Ik heb het zo naar mijn zin hier en zoals je waarschijnlijk wel van me zal weten is back to basic en in the middle of nowhere wonen altijd al mijn droom geweest.

Ik zou hier graag willen blijven wonen/werken. Alleen levert het werk helaas geen geld op. En er zijn toch kosten die ik moet blijven betalen (zorgverzekering, telefoon rekening, huur opslagbox bijv.)

Nu is mijn plan om naast het vrijwilligerswerk ook een bijbaantje te vinden om die kosten te betalen. Denk aan tuinwerk bij mensen in de buurt of online werk, en als je suggesties hebt zijn die altijd welkom.

Tot ik het het werk heb gevonden heb ik wat geld nodig om bovengenoemde kosten te betalen.

Voor 2 maanden zou het ongeveer €600 zijn.

Alle donaties, groot en klein zijn welkom.

Ik ben nog aan het bedenken hoe ik iedereen achteraf kan bedanken voor de donaties.

Elke donateur krijgt in ieder geval wekelijkse updates met foto/video van het project en mijn bijdrage daaraan.

Why did I create this donation campaign?

On January 10, I went to southern Portugal (near Rogil) to do volunteer work at a very nice project: Vale da Alegria. https://valedaalegria.com/nl/

The idea was to stay until March and then resume my job at the campsite in the Netherlands, but unfortunately that is no longer possible. That got me thinking.

I'm having a great time here and as you probably know from me, living back to basics and in the middle of nowhere has always been my dream.

I would like to continue living/working here. Unfortunately, the work does not generate any money. And there are still some costs that I have to continue to pay (health insurance, telephone bill, rental storage box, for example.)

Now my plan is to find a part-time job in addition to volunteer work to pay the costs. Think about gardening work for people nearby or online work, and any other suggestions are always welcome.

Until I find the job I need some money to pay the costs though.

For 2 months it would be about €600.

All donations, large and small, are welcome.

I'm still figuring out how to thank everyone for the donations afterwards.

In any case, every donor will receive updates with photo/video of the project and my contribution relevant.
