This is Mikayil — a sweet, curious, and kind-hearted 4-year-old boy whose life has been turned upside down.
Just a year ago, Mikayil was full of energy, playing with his toys and dreaming like any child his age. But in October 2024, his parents received the heartbreaking news no family should ever hear: Mikayil was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) — a fast-growing and aggressive form of blood cancer.
Since then, Mikayil has been through intense chemotherapy, endless blood tests, and hospital stays. Despite everything, he remains incredibly strong and keeps smiling through the pain — showing us all what true courage looks like.
Mikayil's condition is complex. His latest bone marrow results showed 92% blast cells, meaning his leukemia is very advanced. He has also tested positive for rare chromosomal abnormalities, which make the treatment more difficult and urgent.
Doctors have recommended continuing his therapy with a specialized medicine called Blincyto (Blinatumomab) — a powerful drug designed to target this specific type of leukemia in children.
Mikayil needs 7 doses of Blincyto, and each one comes at a high cost. Unfortunately, this treatment is not covered by insurance, and his family simply cannot afford it on their own.
This is why we are asking for your help.
Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward:
-
Covering the cost of 7 doses of Blincyto
-
Supporting Mikayil’s medical care and follow-up treatment
-
Helping his family with basic expenses while they focus entirely on his recovery
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this message. Your voice might reach someone who can help save a life.
